With the completion of the Museum’s expansion and the construction of the “Constanine Leventis” wings in 2008, several permanent exhibition rooms were formed, in which over 10,000 objects will be presented.
REIER delivered over 70 freestanding high display and table display cases in several versions. The required display characteristics were UV and IR free, LED lighting, extra white glazing as well as passive humidity regulation. Five high display cases were over 3 metres wide and were equipped with a special opening system.
By means of programmable logic controller, the large electrically driven front panels can be opened and closed by gently and precisely lowered and lifted.
