After several years of renovation work on the historic Asam building on Marienplatz, Stadtmuseum Freising has been reopened on the first floor on 20 July 2024. In a tour around the inner courtyard of the baroque four-winged building, Freising and its history are presented to visitors in an informative and exciting way. The focus is on around 350 selected objects – from prehistoric archaeological finds to the many precious works of art and craftsmanship of the old episcopal city to documents from Freising’s recent past.
For the redesign of the exhibition, REIER manufactured and installed ten freestanding display cases, ten table display cases, seven wall display cases, six display cases in box look and numerous pedestals and plinths.
